This satisfying course includes 11 dishes in total, including upgraded fresh fish sashimi with tuna and motsu nabe with gyoza, and the main course can be chosen from the famous Hakata motsunabe, black pork shabu-shabu, or local chicken salt chanko nabe.*If no preference is specified at the time of booking, we will prepare Hakata Motsunabe.
